These Garlic Dill Parmesan Chicken Tender Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and packed with buttery garlic, fresh dill, and bright lemon. Finished with freshly grated Parmesan, they're an easy crowd-pleasing meal that's perfect for grilling season.

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken tenders
Skewers
¾ cup butter, melted
5–6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Insert a skewer straight through the middle of each chicken tender from one end to the other, keeping the skewer centered.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Grill the chicken tenders, turning occasionally. Once they begin to develop color, start basting generously with the garlic dill butter.
Continue turning and basting every few minutes throughout the cook to build flavor and keep the chicken juicy.
- Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the grill and immediately brush with one final generous coat of the garlic dill butter.
While the chicken is still hot, sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top so it softens and melts slightly into the chicken.
