Main Dish
These chicken burgers are simple, comforting, and made the way supper should be after a long day. Nothing fancy. Just good ingredients mixed by hand and cooked slow in a warm skillet until golden and juicy. Serve them on a bun, or just as they are, with french fries or something green from the garden.

Ingredients
1 lb Heartstone Farm Ground Chicken
½ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 lg egg
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and egg.
Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix with a wooden spoon just until combined—don’t overwork it or the patties can get tough.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter.
Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
Let rest 1 minute before serving.
