Dry Herb Steak Butter

Directions

1. Bring butter to room temperature until soft and easily mixable. This helps the herbs and seasonings blend smoothly throughout the butter.

2. Place softened butter into a medium mixing bowl.

3. Add garlic powder, parsley, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

4. Mix thoroughly until the herbs and seasonings are evenly blended throughout the butter.

5. Spoon the butter into a small container, ramekin, or jar, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon. You can also place the butter onto parchment paper and roll into a log shape if preferred.

6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.

7. Serve a spoonful over hot steak just before serving and allow it to melt naturally over the meat.
