Thai Beef Skewers
We love grilling up skewers. It's a great way to feed a crowd and looks fantastic served up on a platter with whatever greens and vegetables are in season, and a side of hearty rice. It's one of our go-to's for the grill. We recommend Heartstone Farm's grass fed and finished Flat Iron Steak for this recipe because it is a great cut to marinate and has nice marbling that delivers on rich flavor. The flavors in the marinade - cumin, coriander, ginger, lemongrass - really complement the grassiness of the meat. Super delicious.
