Ingredients

1 tbsp oil to coat the pan or grill
1 lb Heartstone Farm ground turkey
2 tbsp apple sauce
4 tbsp grated onion (about ½ onion)
½ tsp garlic salt
freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and form 4 patties
Turn your stove on medium and add your oil to the pan or skillet. If cooking on the grill, oil the grill rack
Cook on stovetop or grill for about 5-6 minutes each side (internal temperature should be 165°)
Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings - lettuce, tomato, mustard, feta, cheddar - whatever you prefer
