Summer Herb & Garlic Steak Marinade

Directions

1. In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk (or shake) until well blended.

2. Pour the marinade over the meat, making sure it is evenly coated.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 4–8 hours for the best flavor.

4. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

5. Pat the meat lightly dry with paper towels to help achieve a flavorful, caramelized crust.

6. Grill over medium-high to high heat until it reaches your desired doneness.

7. Let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
