Bacon & Sausage Breakfast Quiche

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon and the cut-up sausage links for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through but not over-browned (they will finish cooking in the oven).

3. Drain all excess grease completely and allow the meat to cool slightly.

4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.

5. Stir in the cooked and drained bacon and sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

6. Place your pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.

7. Pour the quiche mixture evenly into the prepared crust.

8. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

9. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
