Breakfast
This is the kind of simple, hearty meal you make on a slow morning. Nothing fancy, just honest ingredients tucked into a pie crust and baked until just set. It slices beautifully, feeds a crowd, and tastes just as good reheated the next day — if there’s any left.

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon and the cut-up sausage links for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through but not over-browned (they will finish cooking in the oven).
Drain all excess grease completely and allow the meat to cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
Stir in the cooked and drained bacon and sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Place your pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
Pour the quiche mixture evenly into the prepared crust.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

That quiche looks good. I’ll definitely make it. Ordering the breakfast sausage and more bacon in my next order. 🫠
