Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Filet
Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Filet
Avg 1 - 1.5 lbs

Renowned for its brilliant ruby-red color, firm texture, and rich, robust taste, sockeye is a favorite for those who crave a deeper salmon flavor. Each Wild Alaskan Sockeye Fillet weighs between 1 and 1.5 pounds — a full side of salmon, skin-on and boneless. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or baking whole for a family dinner.
The wild sockeye season in Alaska is short — just a few weeks each summer — which means supply is limited and every fillet we get is part of a small, carefully managed harvest.
We’ve partnered with the family-run Kenai Red Fish Co. in Alaska — a small, independent operation fishing the icy waters of Cook Inlet the old-fashioned way: with care, skill, and respect for the fish and the ocean. These are folks who do it right — one salmon at a time — and it shows.
It took time to find the right partner — one that shares our values of honesty, sustainability, and doing things the right way, not the easy way. This salmon was worth the wait.
