Kenai shares our commitment to quality, responsible harvesting, and knowing exactly where our food comes from. 

This year, we are pleased to offer wild Coho salmon. Coho has a clean, mild flavor and a firm, flaky texture. It is rich enough to feel special, but mild enough for the whole family to enjoy.

Each 6-8 oz portion is individually vacuum-sealed, so you can thaw and prepare exactly what you need. Wild-caught salmon is also one of the most nutritious proteins you can serve:
