
Glazed Honey Garlic Salmon

A simple, no-fuss recipe that brings out the best in our wild-caught salmon — sweet, garlicky, and perfectly glazed.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon fillets
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Directions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon, skin side down, and cook 3–4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip and pour the honey-garlic sauce over top.
- Cook 3–4 more minutes, basting until glazed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
