Glazed Honey Garlic Sockeye Salmon

Directions

1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add salmon, skin side down, and cook 3–4 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip and pour the honey-garlic sauce over top.
6. Cook 3–4 more minutes, basting until glazed.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
