2 Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp all- purpose flour
⅓ cup vegetable broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
