• 2 Wild Sockeye Salmon portions (8 oz each)
• 1 Whole Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon filet (1 to 1.5 lb)
• 2 Smoked Salmon Spread (6 oz)
• 1 Smoked Salmon Lox (4 oz)
• 1 lb Chatham dayboat scallops
Every item in this collection comes from the wild - caught by real fishermen in clean, cold waters, handled with care, and never "enhanced" or treated the way supermarket seafood often is.
I've turned down plenty of seafood options over the years because they didn't meet the 
standards we hold on the farm. But when I met the folks behind these Alaska and New England fisheries, I knew we had something worth putting my name on.
From Alaska: Wild Sockeye Salmon harvested by the family-run Kenai Red Fish Co., handled with the same respect we give our cattle and poultry.
From New England: Dayboat Scallops from Maine and Chatham, Massachusetts - caught by small boats, brought to shore the same day, and left exactly as nature made them. No soaking, no chemicals, no shortcuts.
Why this matters:
You can taste the difference when seafood is handled with care.
The salmon is wild - not farmed, not dyed, not pumped with anything.
The scallops are dry, naturally sweet, and untouched by the chemicals that supermarket scallops sit in.
And the smoked salmon products are made in small batches with real ingredients — nothing artificial.
