Sirloin has always been one of our favorites — lean, flavorful, and just plain dependable. We like to give it a simple marinade before cooking. A little olive oil, garlic, and soy sauce goes a long way to bring out the flavor and keep it extra tender. Throw it on the grill, sear it in a cast iron pan, or slice it up for fajitas or stir-fry.
