Q: HOW IS THE GIFT CARD DELIVERED?

Our eGift Cards are delivered instantly by email — either to you or directly to your recipient. You’ll choose the delivery option on this page.

Q: CAN I SCHEDULE DELIVERY FOR A FUTURE DATE?

Yes. When you select “Send to Recipient,” you'll be able to choose the exact date your Gift Card will be emailed.

Q: CAN E-GIFT CARDS BE USED ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS?

Yes and no. Gift cards can be used to start a new subscription, but they can't be applied to existing subscription renewals. This is a limitation with our ecommerce platform (Shopify) not our choice. 

Q: DO GIFT CARDS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

Never. Our eGift Cards do not expire and they never have fees.
