Our Strawberry Rhubarb Pie is a true New England farmhouse classic, a perfect sweet-tart combination — bright, fruity, and not too sweet — especially popular in the spring and early summer when both strawberries and rhubarb are in season. Our pies are made with simple ingredients and old-fashioned care. Fresh-picked strawberries, hand-cut rhubarb, and a golden, flaky crust come together for a pie that’s rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying — just like homemade, but better.

Heartstone Pies are hand-made by Valley View Orchard Pies in Oxford, Maine. A true family operation with three generations creating the kind of homemade desserts that are as good as any we've ever had.

    We pack and ship your order frozen direct from Maine. All of our packaging can be composted or recycled (no styrofoam). Until we pack your box, our meat is kept in our freezers (at 0 degrees). We use ice blankets and dry ice to keep your precious meat super cold during its trip to you. Our packing team (our neighbors) like to say they are packing every order like it's going to their "favorite aunt."

    Cooking Tips

    Baking instructions:

    • Remove pie from all packaging.
    • Place frozen pie onto lined cookie sheet.
    • Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    • Bake at 375 for 1 hour 10 minutes or untile golden brown.
    • For best results refrigerate after baking.
