HOW DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

Ensuring you receive a quality product you will love is our top priority. We carefully pack and ship your order frozen so it arrives in perfect condition. Until we pack your box, our product is kept in freezers at 0 degrees. We use dry ice and compostable insulation to keep your order frozen and safe on its trip from our farm to your table. All of our packaging can be composted or recycled (no styrofoam).

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Q: HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

Heartstone Farms subscriptions are convenient and flexible. You choose your box, how often you want a delivery - simple as that. Plus you can easily skip or delay a delivery - or cancel anytime online.

Q: DO SUBSCRIBERS gET BETTER PRICING?

Yes - our subscription boxes are all priced significantly lower than buying the items "a la carte." Plus subscribers get "members-only" deals not available to anyone else.

Q: What if I’m going away when my order is scheduled to be delivered?

The great thing about our subscription boxes is you can skip your next delivery, or change the delivery date easily in your Customer Portal.

Q: Will my order arrive frozen?

We pack your order in ice blankets (and/or dry ice) to insure it arrives frozen. We use insulated boxes (that are completely compostable) as well. There are times when an unforeseen delay with FedEx can result in a 1-2 day delay. As long as your meat arrives “refrigerator cold” (lower than 41 degrees) it is safe according to the USDA. In the event that your meat does not arrive frozen or refrigerator cold, let us know. We will replace it or issue you a full credit.

Q: How long will the meat last in my freezer?

Your meat will be good for 6-12 months - depending on how frequently you open up the door to your freezer.

Q: Can I add other items to my order?

Of course! Many customers will add items to their subscription orders.
